You’ll still meet with me in person, but less frequently than Personal Training. These sessions are used to adjust workouts, review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and keep you moving forward with confidence and clarity.

You’ll follow a customized training and nutrition plan designed to fit your schedule—while still having structure and direction. This gives you flexibility to train on your own without losing consistency or momentum.
BUILT-IN ACCOUNTABILITY
Weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and ongoing communication keep you consistent and focused. You’re never guessing, falling off track, or trying to figure things out alone—I’m still coaching you every step of the way.
