For the past 20 years, I’ve worked with people who were tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or intimidated by fitness. Many had tried programs before. Many had stopped and started more times than they could count. What they needed wasn’t more motivation—it was clarity, support, and a plan that actually fit their life.

That’s why I founded Lifestyle Fitness and Nutrition.

I personally coach every client I work with. There’s no handoff. No rotating staff. No one-size-fits-all approach. Every plan is built around your body, your starting point, and your goals—whether that means strength training, nutrition coaching, mobility work, or a combination of all three.

My role isn’t just to train you.
